How Tami is Feeling

Tami had a good day today. She was feeling a little anxious but the doctors felt that was due to the steroids she was given yesterday to help with the transfusion.  The doctors prescribed Xanax which helps a great deal with the anxiety.

It was a beautiful day today in Spokane, Washington.  The weather was 73 degrees so Tami was going for a nice walk.  It's almost unbelievable but Tami has been cooped up in the hospital for about 40 consecutive days now. (In total her hospitalization has been more like 56 days as the doctors did try to send her home early on but she was readmitted through the ER in less then a day and a half each time.) It's been such a long time for her.

Tami continued to eat better today however, she complained of the food tasting salty to her. Hopefully, that will go away soon.
